The expansion of the Internet required further developmental provisions to protect children as well as the veracity of the entertainment industry.

My name is Zachary Ingwaldson. Recently, I returned to the Roseville/Rocklin area after 10 years of traveling throughout North America. I was born and raised in Oakland, CA, but have since lived in multiple destinations ranging from Arizona, South Carolina, and Alaska, among others.
