This concept is possible utilizing state of the art in LED manufacturing technology and good engineering. The LED skin might float over the existing 87-foot diameter sphere via a carbon fiber Bucky-ball superstructure. The content could be mapped over the sphere and play host to a curriculum not only about the Sun but also all the other planets and spherical celestial bodies in the universe. So much "Wonderful" talent and skill combining now in developing VR animation production capabilities. This test was filmed and edited in 3 hours using a fantastic set and mesh characters with controls by "Prehistorica" in SL. Total render time is under 5 minutes. Build your assets "shoot" and edit. Great tools for mobile app content development story telling.

Imagine not just the Sun on your face , but "In Your Face". The LED installation would be able to really get the guests up close and personal. This is a concept for a permanent LED installation and exhibit at the Hayden Planetarium dealing with climate change. It will feature and make good use of all the "science" put together over the past 60 years primarily by NASA and NOAA. Some elements could be linked to real-time data updates. The video could also change and alternate from all the planets and include the Sun, Moon and other stars. The fun thing about this would be real-time image control so the "Museum Presenter" could move the axis and zoom into hot spots for discussion and exploration. All in 6k to 8k real-time thanks to our friends at ( https://lnkd.in/gGCGdXh) via (https://lnkd.in/ea57MrF) & (http://www.rspsinc.com/)

VR Production: Now! This is a fun test of VR production. We built the set and wear the characters and record the action live and post the music and sound effects. This animation to render took about 2 mins. This is a perfect medium for short form mobile content production and LIVE broadcasts!

About Me:
Every day is a new chance to explore amazing fun technology. My first real job, at 19 was working in a type setting shop that used steel type and hot lead typesetting machines. Cherry Hill Composition, across the bridge from Philly. We were working on Ray Bradbury books for Random House in New York City. I shoveled lead slugs, melted and poured ingots and ran a proof press and always kept my eye on the"Machine". The incredible Linotype machine. What a intricate machine! A mechanical computer! Google it! The place was alive and the people were brilliant! Amazing changes to live through.

This site features almost 200 samples of my work, some with many artists involved, on almost 10 pages. The first few pages are all real-time animation productions and tests, as well as my VR museum and...
