I am currently working in capacity of Oracle Application Consultant - Customer Relation Management (CRM) Techno-Functional in IBM. I am responsible for handling all user queries and understanding there requirement and helping team to complete these requirement technical or functional.
I was associated with like IBM, Yamaha, NCR in last 5-6 years. I worked as ERP Techno –Functional Consultant in Financial Domain. When I was in Yamaha I joined as a fresher and with in nine month I was acting as senior member there due to my performance.
