I am overwhelmed with the quality and diversity of your work, and would love to see your ceramics and jewelry as well. I will peruse your websites further to find some examples. How many webpages do you have? And I wonder if they are within certain formats such as freelanced.com, here: Etsy, or other art groups?
Your bio is well written, easy to read and engaging! We are both lucky to have beautiful and supportive families. My husband and I have two a amazing boys. Your transition from ceramics and metalsmithing to painting, is a testament to your creativity and superior craftsmen-ship. Your description of how you interpret nature for your viewers is spot on! It is also what I have always focused on with my art students. Plus, my main way of teaching them how to see, in order to draw more realistically, has always been to show them how to "draw what you see, not what you know", and I would love to use your work as an example of this, if I were still teaching.

Love your simplification of shapes and graduated, analogous color progressions in these paintings; very effective, And ethereal, ironically, as they are at ground level.

About Me:
I was born an artist. I graduated from Maine College of Art with honors majoring in ceramics and extensive experience in composition and design. I make art the traditional way plus I have a great amount of experience creating digital work. I have done logos, greeting cards, book covers, tshirt design, digital painting, sculpting and much more. I am very easy to work with. I can provide references upon request.
