I'm actually saving up for Gender Reassignment Surgery so I'm offering Character Concept Designs, This means Full on Bio's that include Racial Details - Genetic Details - Ancestry - Powers and Power Description and Physical Descriptions. My Charge is 20.00 a pop which I think is pretty reasonable, I know most people like to create their own characters, But if you have a busy schedule and need NPC's done or Background characters done I can do that for you. I'm Transitioning myself using my money and my insurance, I refuse to beg so I'm doing what I do best, Create characters.
