Drawing 101 final project. Pencil and Ink on Bristol Board, 22" x 30" The guidelines of this comic were to draw a single page story with no words. Just as I was about finished I spilled some ink wash on it. The story and characters survived, though.

Alien Landscape for 2D design class. Used Manga Studio Debut. The project outlined that we construct the project like a collage, in the sense that each of the layers are cutouts. Though the program is digital, I used the layers and cutting tools to create the desired outcome for the project.

About Me:
I'm a student at Central New Mexico community college getting my degree in fine arts. My personal desire is to become a comic artist, but I have enjoyed doing all of the other art processes that I have learned through my school experience. My specialty is drawing, but I work a lot with digital media as well as worked with some painting and sculpting through school. I also draw birthday cards every month for the kids at a school I volunteered at in Japan, so I'm pretty good at drawing cute and expressive characters.
