The Mosaic
Responsible for finding sources, pursuing them relentlessly, arranging/ conducting interviews and transcribing them.
Assignments include reporting at San Jose City Hall on the day of the Supreme Court’s ruling on Prop 8/Doma; Interviewed individuals at the “Hearts on Silicon Valley” LGBT rally while staff writers in the newsroom put together an article based on me and my colleagues’ reports/interviews.
Time spent with The Mosaic resulted in having two articles published on the San Jose Mercury News website.
