I’m a New Zealand Citizen by birth. I have Full New Zealand Drivers License. I have five years of customer service experience as was employed by countdown airport. I have carried out the various duties with so many people which helped me develop very good interpersonal skills, professional and efficient customer services with strong communication and negotiation skills. Importantly I have been directly dealing with customers within the profession I have held. I have great knowledge of computer and computer technology. In my experience I have matured in understanding customer issues from their point of view which really helps in customer satisfaction as well as a friendly attitude in conversation over the phone and in person leaving the customers very satisfied.
