Thanks! It's called 'The Little Book of Latterday Victorians' and is full of silly people doing silly things for silly reasons. It's aimed at mature 10 year olds and immature adults.

Thanks - way too kind! I'll let you know if it gets any interest. I've done a few provisional illustrations, but I'm not really sure at the moment whether I have the stamina to illustrate a whole book in a Victorian woodcut style. But, hey, I should be so lucky to be in a position to choose! Hopefully it'll happen. Hope all is going well in your creative work right now!

Another Superman picture- this time more representational. It started off in my imagination but I'm trying to bring some likeness of the current Superman actor Henry Cavill into it. It's still quite a way off, but other work commitments permitting, maybe I'll have it done to my satisfaction by Friday - the film's opening day!

Updated image. The top is a detail of an idealised view of a return to Smallville by Clark Kent/Superman, based on Supermen of the past, George Reeves, Christopher Reeve and Brandon Routh -Mostly done without reference - just time!
The bottom one is a sketch I did recently of new Superman, Henry Cavill. It was done in pencil on oil pastel paper and finished in Photoshop.

About Me:
I'm a designer/illustrator/animator with 20 years experience. For the last four years, I've been the assistant director on the PBS Tv show 'The Cat in the Hat knows a lot about that!' with responsibilities from design checking and fixing (backgrounds and character) to ensure the style of the locations and new characters worked in the Seussian universe, overseeing the storyboarding and reviewing the animation as it came in. I've designed children's tv shows for the BBC and storyboarded for high profile shows such as 'Tiny Planets', 'Fireman Sam' and '3rd and Bird', as well as working as a concept artist for game shows.
