The Red Barn

The barn was located outside of Airdrie, Alberta and was burnt down a few months after this illustration was created, by a driver throwing a lit cigarette butt out their
vehicle window.
The coloration was inspired by Frank Millers’ Sin City.

About Me:
Naomi Reinhart Curriculum Vitae Description I am an artist with a passion for story telling and character design, bringing peoples ideas to life in a variety of mediums. While I enjoy animation and storyboarding I will always have a special love for comics and graphic novels. Being a comic book fan, I enjoy the works of Scott Snyder, Garth Ennis and Allan Moore. I take much of my inspiration in my art from the works of H.R. Giger, Frank Miller, and Facundo Percio. I work primarily in a digital medium, using the adobe suite, primarily photoshop, to add colour and textures to create stories with a unique personal feel and vibrance. Education 2019 Bachelors of Design, major in character design, Alberta University of the Arts, Calgary Exhibitions/ Work Experience 2021-2022 ...
