"Hello there! My name is Mark Thacker, and I am an aspiring illustrator looking to get my start as an artist. I may not have very much experience in illustration, but I am enthusiastic and have a strong desire to bring my very best into whatever job I happen to find myself doing.
I grew up watching my father doodle on scraps of paper. That has always been a huge influence on me, and I continue to grow by drawing just as he had when he was young. I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art with a concentration in Drawing from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, in 2012.
