This "snake" bracelet transforms into a open choker or a cross-over choker. I used size 15 beads to make this . . .translation? A lot of work! But it was for a custom order so I couldn't refuse the challange! The two shiny crystals on the end give the bracelet/necklace "pop" -the bluish AB in the vintage Swarovsky Crystal make the tones in the bracelet come alive!

This is a picture of my Dad's (now deceased best pal) Binky. I got this shot of him tearing *** across the living room. I cut him out of the pic, pasted him back in . . .moved him out of the background and clicked "cut" on the background. So all that was left was Binky. I make postcards (part goes to no **** pounds) - and after adding the caption I had to soup up Binky! Fire from the back, smoke from the front end, and streaks to enhance the illusion of fast. Binky took off like a missile! And this photo-shopped picture pays tribute to the little rascal!

One of the front running logos I did for a Nearoscientist. He wanted compassion in his logo and the colors of the mind, body, heat, and soul. I kept second place, though!

I had to photo edit this painting because only half of it was taken. I took parts from varipus place (some partial cuts of trees) and blended them in to make it look like an entire picture!

This is a one of eight designs I created for a bridal/special occasion line. The cards a complete with return RSVP and envelope with stamp, place and time to both the service and/or the event to follow, etc. Each part of the card was printed on vellum and had a beautiful piece of dried flower paper inside. The rose was designed to be simple, elegant and slightly different. I cut out material, shaded the rose in with what I though were the appropriate colors, and stuffed the rose and leaves for a 3-D effect. I used a homemade Swarovski "paperclip" that I designed to hold the package together.

This is a wooden vessel I designed. I call it the Vortex. I used a block of wood and with a drill, a sand bit and a vice to hold the drill, I got the desired shape. Then I hand sewed the beads on using an add/drop peyote stich. using color as my guide, not a pattern. I even beaded the indented top with a hole so the beads would lay flat. This took some thought. I finally figured out that by beading to the center as far as I could. By sticking a pencil in the hole and beading up until the beads were tight around the pencil-allowed me to push the beads inward after I tool the pencil out. One similar to this sold for 375.00. Others have sold for more or less depending on the size. This was my third attempt at beading wooden vessels. My mother won't give it back.

This is a picture of a necklace I designed. I normally use chain and wire wrap the gemstones, Dichroic glass, beads and whatever else my eye leads me to to get the desired look I am after. This piece is strung on Soft Flex and is extremely comfortable to wear! This is a combination of olive green, faceted pearls, faceted lemon quartzs, glass beads and frayed ribbon. After I strung it, I thought it needed something to make it stand out more. I added the SS and Swarovski crystal "tentacles" to it. A friend of mine saw it and said you could wear this with jeans and a tea shirt to a rock concert . . .and then with your little black dress when you go out to eat. This one sold for 175.00,, others can made with only slight variances or with a different color scheme altogether.

About Me:
My name is Linda Albrecht and I live am originally from NY.

I am hoping this letter will provide you with a little information about my background and skills. Hopefully, someone will need what I have to offer.

My office skills are duly noted on my resume. I should mention I have knowledge of medical terminology as I was a nurse in the 80's and part of the 90's. I had to quit when my son got severely ill with Asthma. I do have experience in medical transcribing.

I design brochures, flyers, pamphlets, cards, logos. People have told me my special occasion cards are, "beautiful enough for framing". I have been designing all of these things not only for myself, but for others, as well for 12 years.

I am savvy with words, creative with either fact or fiction. I am quick to...
