As a Customer Service Administrator, you report to the Customer Service Manager. Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for the receipt, processing, acknowledgement and notification/customer updating of all orders.

Customer Service Administrator will also be responsible for working with the sales team in a remote geographic area. Customer Service Administrator will also be responsible for obtaining accurate order information, end user information and billing information to assure a complete, accurate order. Customer Service Administrator will have direct interaction with customers to build relationships, establish communications and promote Compumedics.
