A new online Blog in new york is in search of an online assistant, household, handling day-to-day activities, and offering support on both business and personal levels.

-handle day-to-day activities, and offer support on both business and personal levels
-arranging travel, booking appointments & reservations
-overseeing the company's financials, bill payments, working with bookkeeper
-liaise with vendors, business associates, accountants
-handle medical claims for the employer
-occasional help/evites for special events
-maintain an organized filing system
-order office supplies and maintain an organized, clean office
-do heavy correspondence via email

You MUST meet the following qualifications. We will only consider applicants who had prior related experience - someone who has done this before in a similar capacity! Please let us not waste each other's time!
- college graduate with at least two years of office administration experience
- prior PA experience a must!
- be an effective communicator and able to write clearly
- be able to handle stress well, able to multi-task, and be extremely discreet
- must have a working knowledge in handling all types of technical devices (be tech-savvy)
- must be proficient in navigating the internet
- must have know Word; Excel; basic knowledge of Quickbooks a plus (not required but helpful)
- must be flexible with occasional schedule changes

Note--This Job can be done anywhere in the United States as long as the Client has a working PC to communicate

Payment is Monthly and it is a Monthly fee of $750
