at first glance, this looks so whimsical and then: oh! that quiet background that tells a story! the picture of the younger version of the man and his daughter (?), the smaller pic of the girl with a red balloon, the beakers suggesting the man is a scientist (plus the steam punk glasses!)...puts a lumpy-lump in my throat, it does! (^.^)

Jennalee, Wonderful work. Your drawing and color are so nicely integrated. there is desin and illustration so skillfully blended in your work. Are these digital or traditional? My guess is the former, but if theses are traditional then you are even more amazing!

Jennalee Auclair, is a fine artist and illustrator. Born November 1990 she is a Canadian that enjoys travelling.
Jennalee has been drawing since she could hold a pencil. She has received her degree in Graphic Design on the President's List, but her love lies in illustrations. She is currently a freelance illustrator and artist of various mediums. Her personal work focus's on merging surrealism with realism to display very imaginative and fantastics worlds/moments. Her inspiration lies within fashion, Studio Ghibli films, classic euro illustrations, various comics and artists.
