I have always been a daydreamer and I can't express how important this becomes as a screenwriter, song writer, and fine artist.
If you can paint a truly great picture, scene, or story in you mind and can get that to play out in other people's minds through your words, then you've got a real money making machine. This holds true with song writing, screenwriting, poetry, etc. Fine art has a few different twists however. People's interpretation carries a lot of latitude.
