Unlike most copywriters I use Neuro Linguistic Programming techniques to influence the reader to buy. These techniques work on the subconscious level to be much more effective. I wonder if you are thinking what this means: greater sales of your product or service, an improvement to your bottom line, a healthier business, and all the rest. Now you can choose the traditional path and know you'll get the same results or you can try something different. It's up to you. Regards, Todd.

I have been employed as a proofreader for over 40 years and have gained enormous experience. Serving my time (apprenticeship) as a compositor during the hot metal years I progressed through the changes in new technology, gaining two City & Guilds certificates from Napier College in Edinburgh. Once married, I spent 17 years in 'The Scotsman' newspaper and moved on to the financial sector working night shift for Williams Lea. Black Wednesday put paid to that employment and I am presently working with APS group, who recently won the Scottish Government contract from my previous employer, RR Donnelley. I have proofread most types of documents from business cards to medical documents containing hundreds of pages, illustrations, tables, charts, graphs, etc. Previously I read books in foreign languages, examination papers for Edinburgh, Heriot-Watt and Northern Ireland Universities, and publications such as Pathology, Medical Microbiology, Urology, etc. I am approaching retirement age and am looking to work from home in the near future. This venture would be ideal for me. Fit, conscientious, articulate and a real perfectionist to detail, I have a great eye for spacing, layout, etc. and feel I would be of great benefit to your needs. I think I can honestly say that I am one of the last 'old-fashioned' proofreaders left in Edinburgh who still knows how to spell, punctuate, hyphenate and lay out a page as it used to be done. I
