I am currently a jockey at PARX. Five to six days out of the week I exercise the race horses from 6-10 a.m. I ride very few races in the afternoon. In '09 I was injured and took some time off to start my own mural business near Tampa Fl. My first mural I painted I was a senior in high school. I grew up on a horse farm in Virginia. My father had rebuilt one of the barns, he said because I was the artist I should paint it. He also said if I wanted I could paint a mural. I had a poster in my room and scaled it up. It was of two horses rearing up at eachother. I painted them on 24×36 foot doors. They turned out so amazing I just knew I wanted to do this the rest of my life. My business I had in '09 was pretty successful, but I gave it up to ride again. I am ready to get back to mural painting because it is my true calling in life.
