UNITED CONCORDIA COMPANIES, INC., Harrisburg, PA Manager, Provider Support Services August 2008 – Sept 2011 Responsible for leading nationwide provider related support services for over 73,000 dental network professionals. This included the oversight of network education, resource and information functions, such as: workshops, webinars, lunch and learn sessions, provider social media, dental office reference guides, newsletters, notifications and satisfaction surveys.
