Merchants have to just design their user interface with zero programming effort and plug-in this package to go online. Technologies used are VB and .NET. My responsibility as a tester was to develop quality plans, design test scripts as per the quality plan and perform unit testing and Integration testing on the package. I have done manual testing of the application and used Win Runner to automate the testing. We used an in-house testing tool to report the bugs. Project ComdotServe (Customer Service Product) Role Manual Tester Software SILK Tools Company Name: Technology Consultants Inc. This is the product developed internally. The package is developed into different modules as Customer Management, Service Center Mgmt., Knowledge Base, Maintenance Contracts, Stock & Inventory, Online Training, Reports and Admin. This product can handle all the requests coming through Telephone, Fax, and Email, Mail, Web Interface and WAP device, it can route them to the nearest service center.
