I am an experienced song writer, writing fluently in several genres both lyrically and musically. Music has always just made sense to me. I am efficient with several instruments, my primary instrument being guitar in its various forms. I have experience recording music in a small home studio and have been able to catch/create some fairly good recording/mixing sessions. I have also developed a knack for creating images using Adobe Photoshop and Corel Photoshop. (no Illustrator experience, sorry). I have a working knowledge of several styles of image design, am experienced with photograph retouching, am capable of creating something fresh with existing logos and images, as well as creating from the ground up. My tastes lean toward the grungier / dirtier / rough side of image design...however when I approach an image or an idea its always with the idea of making something great for the project, so any style required is fair game for me, from slick and simple modern design & styling to dirty looking rock posters with loud colors and cleverly random imagery

I am a word nerd. My first degree is a BA in Business English. I have limited experience editing technical engineering documents. My first love is proofreading, and I have several months experience proofreading surveys, essays, paragraphs, Facebook posts, Tweets, and other social media-related items. I am very motivated to always do my best work. Currently, I am working my way through the General Proofreading course from Proofread Anywhere. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me. I also have several years experience (unofficial) working as a personal assistant - helping with taxes, babysitting, cooking, shopping, organizing documents, editing brochure, and more. I am looking forward to working with you in the future.
