I am a 3D artist in multiple mediums; jeweler, sculptor in wax, bronze, stone and wood. Anything else creative that I can learn... I do. I have been an 3D artist my entire life. In 1983, I started my own business for custom jewelry. I work in silver and gold, using precious and semi-precious stones and have an affinity for the energies of the stones and metals I work with. Although I had been sculpting in minature for jewlery for over 25 years, I never knew the incredible thrill it would be to work big! In 2003 I went back to school at Mesa State College for Fine Arts formal training in other mediums and totally fell in love with sculpting in large forms and creating in bronze, stone, wood and ceramics. I usually work direct with material, especially stone, although I do make maquettes if I am work large from a small concept. I tend to prefer realistic or representational art. I love a great many styles most of those become obvious with a perusal of my shop & facebook page. Although sculpting in 3D form is my favorite avenue of expression, I also do flat metal fabrication, cast with plaster and cement and also occasionally I play with compositional and even recycled media. I welcome commissions in sculpting as well as custom jewelry, especially those that enhance a person's energy, so please contact me. My life's work is my art and I am constantly creating more, so please check back for my new website. I am putting together a gallery of all of my work, I have a small sampling in my shop on Etsy.com and also on FB & Ifreelance.com. I am by no means limited to the styles that are presented on those sites.
