I am a dreamer and a thinker, an artist and an inventor. I come up with crazy ideas that I then passionately strive to make a reality. I graduated from UC Irvine in 2011 with a degree in studio art. There I expanded my skills to include everything I could: drawing, painting, photography, digital graphic art, video, performance art, sculpture, and electronics. While at school, I worked for the Campus Recreation marketing team as a professional graphic designer for 2+ years.

I have extensive experience with internal corporate video services, most notably with The National Geographic Society and T. Rowe Price. I have handled clients within these companies to produce, edit, and distribute a variety of deliverables including internal meetings, interviews with VIP’s, and promotional spots. This experience handling multiple internal clients has given me excellent management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. I have extensive experience with the tools on set and in post-production. I am an experienced editor in the Final Cut Pro, Avid, ProTools, and Adobe Creative Suite software programs. I have comprehensive understanding of a wide variety of camera makes and models, such as the RED ONE, RED Scarlet, Canon EOS Mark ii and iii, Canon 7D, and Sony XDCAM. Knowledge of these cameras and the codecs and editing workflows that go along with them give me the knowledge necessary to handle the media required for deliverables.

I come from Setúbal, a small town of fishermen, industrial workers, bohemians, poets, artists and proudly "victorian" fans (VFC). I grow up surrounded by the Sado's estuary, Arrabida hill's, Troia's peninsula and Atlantic Ocean, and lived until finish High School, in Design. Then I jumped to Lisbon and studied 3 years of Fashion Design at Technical University of Lisbon (Portugal), until understood that, and beside the fact of lovin Lx, I don't want to live in a big city. So I decided to make a restart in other place. Discovered Faro, a small sunny city, surrounded by Ria Formosa laggon, sandy Islands, Mediterranean/Altlantic waters, Algarve's crag and Caldeirão Hill's, where I still live and that inspires me most, and have an airport that allows me to visit other places. Here I made my degree in Communication Design, from the University of Algarve (Portugal), where I had the oportunity to attend to Tomas Bata University (Czech Republic) in the Erasmus programme. Last 7 years I have been working in several areas related with the media production, visual communication, visual arts, furniture, almost everything that envolves creativity, challenge and colour of course! Right now I am working both in the development of creative projects as in education, that I specially love and enjoy, in several technical and professional schools in the region. In addition to these activities I am one of the co-founders and presently Chairman of direction of SDA Southern Designers Association, a non-profit and socio-professional youth organization, based in Algarve.
