Writing is in my blood. I have had a passion for it since I was a young child and I won several awards for both my writing and English skills throughout my school years. I have had numerous poems published in various anthologies and my talent has been put to use in many ways during my working career. I ran the advertizing department for a large company that required specialist advert content and this was a tremendous challenge at which I excelled. I currently write/create most of the newsletters, adverts, reports and the content for the "specials" on behalf of the 5 star safari lodge that I work for. I feel the need to extend myself further as I have found that my life is lacking creativity. I would love the chance to write about a greater variety of topics and gain experience in the proofreading/editing arena. I believe I am a natural born choice for this as I seem to have an in-built feature that refuses to allow me to read without noticing errors. I cannot help but edit other peoples' e-mails, text messages and any other form of writings. I drive myself mad by unintentionally noticing, and then mentally correcting, any mistakes that I see whilst reading! I long for the opportunity to make these habits work for me, and for others.
