Give me your stories, your characters, your ideas and daydreams, and I will help forge them into reality! I graduated from Full Sail University with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Animation in 2007. Since then I have made illustration and sequential art my main focus. I also specialize in 2D character design and stylized fantasy art. Recently, I launched a successful Kickstarter project and, thanks to my backers, was able to ignite my independent art career by participating in my first Artist Alley at Austin Comic Con. Thank you for taking the time to view my profile. I hope you'll consider me for your project! Find me on Facebook: www.facebook.com/NikkiWardArt

Before starting in animation I created imagery for festivals, designed my own brand of art gift cards, had a successful art exhibition, and painted windows for businesses. In that time I attended a year of animation school in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan where I won an award for funniest film. Shortly after I moved to Ottawa, Ontario to continued my formal animation training. After three successful years and graduating with honours from the animation program I was hired by to work on the National Geographic production Toot & Puddle and Disney's Jimmy Two Shoes. While animating on these productions, I also provided inspirational character designs for a project still in development. I recently finished working The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About That for PBS Kids. Currently residing in Vancouver, British Columbia.
