I had been working as an illustrator for almost 25 years and decided it was time to move on when I discovered oils. I moved away from the strict, detailed world of illustration and moved on to a more free approach to painting and haven't looked back.

Currently, I am based near Seattle, WA. Over the past few years, I have taken numerous classes regarding programs used in the Graphic Design industry, of course, in an attempt to become a graphic designer. The aforementioned programs were the main focus of the study. Due to these courses, I have developed much appreciation for things like vector graphics, color correction, and object placement (whether it be designing a website or taking a photo). Recently, I have added another dimension to the plate and started playing around with 3D modeling programs. Although, I've just barely scratched the surface, I do hope to at least learn the basics and much more.
