Hello, my name is Joseph Brosnan. If you'd like my resume, please let me know. Rather than just copy and paste it here, I thought it would be better for me to tell you a little about myself in a more personalized fashion. I graduated from undergrad a little more than a year ago with a BA in Journalism and a minor in English Writing. During my sophomore year, I took both beginner and advanced screenwriting, finishing my first feature-length film. I entered it into my school's media arts awards and won for Best Feature Screenplay. That was all it took; screenwriting became a big passion of mine. Unfortunately, my school didn't offer a screenwriting concentration. But that's the beauty of writing -- you are free to do so whenever you please. So writing has become a way for me to unwind. If I can make one promise to you, it is that I will put in more effort than necessary to make sure this script works on all ends. I will make it my obsession and won't be content with an average result. I hope to work with you on this.
