My name is Jade, but I often go by JT. I am a freelance writer, and I take pride in my literary works. I never had many strong points in school, but when it came to typing, and writing on a certain subject I was always an amazing student. I dig deep into the subject I am reporting on, get all information possible, and only use facts in my works as compared to other writers who use opinions. I don't just write though, I do other things such as digital art, ad's, and info articles. Let me know what you need, and we can see what happens.

I am currently a Journalism student. I have published an article about Perth's young homelessness issue in a local newspaper and am on my way with a line of new articles. I love creative short story writing, biographical and autobiographical work, and writing articles about world issues I am passionate about. I have begun writing a number of novels both fiction and non-fiction. I spend my spare time expressing myself creatively and activley; drawing, painting, scrapbooking and photography. I love being outdoors and introducing my family and friends to the local artistic scene. My dream and life passion is to use my talents to change the society I live in, and impact the lives of people all over my country- and one day the world.

Established Rock/Pop songwriter and producer. Lead singer and dominant songwriter for the popular UK band Pegasus Bridge (www.facebook.com/pegasusbridge, www.pegasusbridge.com, www.myspace.com/pegasusbridge). Every single I have written has been playlisted on most major UK radio stations, such as Radio 1, XFM, Imagine FM, Kerrang! Radio. I am a topliner, so I usually start with a vocal hook and build the song around that, as I personally find this is the most effective way to build a great song. I am, however, open to how a song should grow or sound, just as long as it is catchy and generally delivers what it needs to deliver in under about three and a half minutes (the modern standard for what major radio stations will accept). I also have a portable studio which I use to create demos to a very good standard, so that the song always shines through. Ask me if you have any questions! Ed

I am an Editing Professional with over five years of experience editing and proofing fiction novels, self-help books, short stories, scholarly essays, business proposals, websites, and many more. Using the Bachelor of Arts Degree that I earned from Roosevelt University, I specialize in taking copy and transforming it into a more clear and persuasive document than the original, one that the reader is excited to read and the writer is proud to have written. In my freelance work, I have had the pleasure to edit a variety of novels, review different fiction works and give pre-edit summaries, help ESL authors bring their works to life in English, and brainstorm marketing ideas with self-publishers. By giving competent and sincerely helpful words of advice without being condescending or changing the author’s voice or intended message, I have been able to help authors transform their manuscripts into works that are engaging and thought provoking. While suggesting ways to edit and even rewriting different passages, I encourage writers and show them different writing strategies, making their work stronger from a reader's standpoint.

I am a Creative Writing student who is looking to get started in the world of freelance. As such, I have no true experience as yet. However, I am a very hard worker who will be extremely responsive to the needs of any client. I am most experienced in the realms of fiction and script writing, but I am very flexible and willing to learn as I go. If something is over my head, I will not hesitate to say so. That said, I believe I can deliver excellent creative material to almost any project.
