I have done several projects for free inside and outside of the Army. Due to the economy the way it is and the fact that the Military does not pay very well I have decided to put my skills to use and make a second income. I am also going to school right now for web publishing and graphic designing. I am motivated have alot of extra time and my work is very professional.

I am an artist with a love for archaeology and history. As a professional artist I have participated in juried exhibits and festivals, creating commissioned work and selling my work through galleries. I have taught art to children and adults, developing the lessons through self-study and research, both in a classroom setting and privately with individual students. I have created and maintained a website, and worked with the business administration, inventory and customer service necessary for a self-employed artist. I am organized, disciplined, motivated and hard-working, but with a true passion for creating art. Seeking to explore my love for history and archaeological conservation, I studied art conservation for a year in Italy and continued on to England where I received my Masters’ degrees at the University College London with an internship at the Museum of London. I have spent the past two and a half years at the Maryland Archaeological Conservation Laboratory (MAC Lab), a part of the Maryland Historical Trust, which has been an invaluable experience allowing me to combine my ability as a professional artist with my fascination with history. However, despite my love of conservation and archaeology, it has been difficult dividing my time between conservation and art. I have continued to draw and paint wherever I have lived and participated in exhibits and group art events while in Southern Maryland. Moving back to Georgia, I have decided to continue in my art career. I create personalised hand drawn comics, 100% custom made just for you. Every comic strip I create is completely unique to you. The personalised comic strips are hand drawn, created from your story and your photos. You can tell any story through a comic strip, a perfect personal gift for every occasion. Popular themes include how a couple met or got engaged; which makes for a perfect engagement or wedding gift. Why I love my Mum or Dad; perfect gifts for Mothers Day or Fathers Day and stories from childhood; perfect gifts for best friends birthdays. My goal is to tell as many stories as I can through comics, making people smile and giving them wonderful memories to remember forever. {The Process} On placing your order you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. This email will request you to supply your story as thoroughly as you can and to also supply digital photos of all the characters, places, objects and pets that appear in the story. I will look through what you have supplied, give some suggestions to the storyline if required, probably ask a few questions and request any more photos I think I may need. I ask that this stage of the process happens quickly. **This stage should take no longer than 2 working days. Once I have everything I need, I will draft out your comic strip quite roughly so you can see how the comic will be laid out and how the story will be illustrated. I will send this to you for feedback. **The stage should take no longer than 3 working days. Once I have your feedback I will complete the comic and send this to you for approval before printing, and apply any small changes you might have requested. **The stage should take no longer than 7 working days. Once the comic artwork has been approved I will send it to the printers to get printed on canvas. **Shipping takes 10 – 15 business days. In total the whole process from when you place your order to when you receive your printed comic on canvas is a 12 – 30 working days. If you have left it to the last minute please get in touch as I have some other options for you. Thank you so much for your support!

I am a degree'd professional in the Information Technology industry, and certified in project management. I have spent almost 30 years in customer facing roles, in a variety of industries. Each of these experiences, saw me developing specific documentation in support of the product and or service I was offering. Through all my professional technical writing, I have also continued my love of personal writing, and have written many short stories, most of which reside in the realm, or genre of fantasy... normally. Through the eyes of my four young children, I continue to dream and write new adventures for them, and lay with them at night, in the darkness of our room, spellbound, as we story-tell together. I love writing.
