I am an artist and a writer. My collegiate career was split at both Baylor University and The University of Colorado at Boulder. I studied visual art and art history at both but definitely learned more visual art skills at Baylor and delved deeper into my art historical research at CU. Although my professional experience is limited, I am very experienced at working under pressure and deadlines. I've done a few murals, designed t-shirts for the dance company I co-founded at Baylor, have created numerous posters, and designed a few blog looks. As a photographer, I love taking portraits! I also love action shots. You can check out my photography work at: http://www.splicelight.com/ Through the explorations of people, I embrace life and all of the things it may or may not mean to be alive, conscious, well. I love writing lighthearted blips about whatever is interesting me at the moment. Globally, I have traveled to all of the continents except Australia and Antarctica for extended periods of time. This "outlook" or personal desire to grasp the world first hand is what I believe makes me well-rounded and driven. It's unfortunate that the world is becoming so unappreciatively small...no? More of my artworks can be seen at http://tsamac.blogspot.com/ Online writing samples can be found through Google or at: http://www.anailbitersspiel.com/

Before my life in Canada, one of the many places where I have lived was Budva, a small tourist, art and entertainment oriented Mediterranean city. Over the years I have always found the time to create Art, but it was not until living in this gorgeous little city, that I felt the inspiration to really pursue my Art and spirituality and really follow and do what my heart desires. I have always considered watercolor and pencil as my first love and the medium I am most familiar with having used it since childhood, but recently that has expanded to include acrylics, oils, pastels, crayons, chalk, fabric painting and sculpture as well. Whatever I can really get my hands on to express my artistic self. It has always been my dream to communicate with the world through art, and I hope that now i can accomplish that dream by enabling others to see and feel what I see and create. I truly hope you enjoy it A professional side to me...... I am also experienced in concept and space design, analysis and layout planning as well as architectural plans, working drawings and specifications. In charge of project management and making sure that the projects are delivered on time and within the budget. Accomplished in spatial planning and design, building envelope, cost estimating and budgeting, Ontario Building Code analysis; A liaise between the client, the builder and the city officials and other project managers. Excellent in project management and functional planning and programming, project analysis, feasibility studies, preliminary schematic and advanced design and planning, as well as drafting, contracting and construction. My expertise includes knowledge of all components of project delivery including scheduling, reporting, risk management, tendering, procurement, contracting, and construction. I am an outdoor recreation and conservation article writer looking to expand. My knowledge base is broad ranging from global and national politics to fishing and hunting; from fine wine to power tools. By day I am a construction professional and have 18 years in woodworking and carpentry experience. While earning my degree in journalism, I wrote for fishing and hunting magazines and have been doing feature articles on skiing, whitewater rafting and river system conservation. I’ve worked as a stringer making hunting and fishing forecasts and reports fun to read. I also worked for years in fine dining and was a wine buyer for a busy Italian restaurant for five years. My broad base of knowledge and thirst for new issues and information through research skills developed as a reporter have serve my writing well. I would like to try my hand at some advertisement and public relations work. Writing Experience: Stringer, conservation and outdoor columnist Inside the Garden City 2004-2006 Stringer fishing and hunting forecasts and reports Fishing and Hunting News Rocky Mountain Edition 2004-2007 Features: Outside Missoula, Montana Kaimin, Northwest Flyfishing, Bomb Snow.
