I am excellent at working with stressed people, listening and communicating, building rapport, working in difficult situations, problem-solving, providing great customer service and accommodating change while being flexible, considerate, gracious, patient, courteous and always very professional. I’m reliable, consistent and get the job done. I work well with employees while guiding and leading them to successful complete their tasks in a comfortable but structured atmosphere. As the director of admissions I managed a staff 2 to 4 people and 6 to 10 additional part-time volunteers.
