Education I received my BA in Telecommunications with an emphasis in Design and Production while focusing strongly in the area of Audio production and postproduction at Indiana University in December 2011. Skills I have corporate, commercial, and narrative short form/ long form experience in the following areas of audio production and postproduction: • Boom operation • Location recording • Production mixing • Dialogue editing and sweetening • Foley recording and editing • SFX construction and editing • ADR recording and dubbing / VO • Audio restoration [grading and processing] • Scoring for various media With my experience and the aid of advanced plugins, I am able to effectively sweeten, clean, or restore raw or dirty audio. With a trusted postproduction hardware and workflow, I am confident in providing pure sound for any production medium. In both the production and postproduction environment I have a clear and organized strategy to ensure the marriage of best quality sound with efficiency; be it broadcast, short form, or feature-length. I have a strong understanding and skill in both straight-to-camera and sync sound workflows. I have the appropriate equipment for talk-back, which allows for a seamless integration into a variety of location productions. I can ensure easy, no-hassle audio postproduction strategies that work seamlessly with ANY software environment chosen by picture editorial or other sound post engineers. Graduate of Parsons School of Design. I worked first as an illustrator and then as a painter of childrens themed murals in private homes and play scenery. Murals are executed in latex and acrylic paints. My style is realistic .. I can copy anything or create a new image for you. I prefer to charge by the project or per square foot rather than the hour , as clients needs are very different and want to be sure the end product is what you and I visualized. If you are interested in samples of my work I would be happy to send some to you

Photographer - Ben Rheaves My first experience with photography all started when I was in high school. It was at a skill center, were I was taking a visual communication program that offered photography as one of the courses. This was back in film and darkroom days. Digital cameras were just becoming popular and the ideal of a digital SLR camera was out of the question. It was in this class where I discovered my love for photography. It was something about seeing a picture in my head, then taking that picture with my camera and capturing that moment forever. I really enjoyed the process from start to finish. Especially, back then with the film and darkroom development process. After school (and that course) I kind of lost touch with photography and directed my focus to computers. Computers were the BIG thing during that time. (Fast forward...) In 2005, I received a Nikon N55 SLR (film again...) for Christmas. The spark was lite once again for photography. So I took pictures for friends and family. Everyone loved the pictures and told me I should think about doing it as a business. I thought about it but never really gave it any serious attention. Besides the cost and time involved with processing film had risen since everything had went digital. So, I would have to get a digital SLR (DSLR). A few years passed and I purchased my first DSLR, a Nikon D70. I was in love! As a result of having new equipment, I took more pictures and more people wanted me to take pictures for them. This is when I asked myself, "Why not make photography a business? I am taking lots of pictures for people anyway." So in 2008, I started Contour Photography and have been evolving as a better photographer and company every since.

A graduate of the Algonquin college's animation and illustration program, I do watercolour, inked works and draw. Primary interests include comic art, and am always eager to challenge and push myself in that direction. Have a look through my portfolio, let me know what you like. For comics I ask 45$ minimum per page, unless special circumstances warrant something different. I do all pencils and inks myself with brush on illustration board. Sizes vary, standard is 11X17 for comics, but again, that can vary for posters, etc. Please specify any time constraints or deadlines!!! Wayyyy important! Thanks much! Tom Szyc
