I contributed to Web-based documentation and marketing materials and mentored junior technical writers. I also reduced the total, maintainable page count for DBartisan/Rapid SQL by 800 pages Senior Information Developer, Siemens Trango, March 2001 – March 2007 Trango develops HiPath Procenter, a Siemens contact center suite of products that features a skills-based routing paradigm and a complete set of tools for administering a contact center. I was responsible for documentation of reporting, contact-routing, and CRM–integration features of all offered products. I took part in screening and interviewing of Technical Writer candidates. I also participated in projects such as an Eclipse-based application framework for use within the division and a resumè-based person/skills search system, similarly, for use within the division. Documentation Manager, Epod Inc., March 2000 - Feb. 2001 An ePod showcase is an Internet advertising vehicle and an alternative to banners. ePod developed the technology, produced and hosted showcases, and developed tools, proprietary and Flash-based, for creating showcases.
