The $379 million settlement is the largest in American history of this type. US Navy & Navy Reserve Unit Supervisor Feb 1985 to Feb 2011 In my current Reserve unit I am the Leading Petty Officer. I am responsible for 28 people and report directly to my Executive Officer. As a Mineman in the Navy I assemble and disassemble underwater mines and have great attention to detail. I am required to perform 2 weeks active duty and one weekend a month to fulfill my Navy Reserve obligation.
