The last 10 years have been spent selling residential homes. While that sounds like sales, let me tell you, it's the whole package. From the creation of marketing materials, to ongoing correspondence with other agents as well as clients, putting together deals, thinking outside the box - it's not selling real estate, it is more a one-person marketing and promotion company. Granted, the last 3 years have been rather difficult. As a result, I have kept the hamster wheel going with several other projects. With my BA in English, I've secured experience as the Editor-in-Chief for a blossoming magazine with increasing circulation numbers. I've done some freelance writing over the last decade as well, and will be happy to share once we get a discussion going. With real estate in the abyss at this time, I am choosing to make better use of that degree. My hope is that someone will see that "voice" is key in my work, and that I am meticulous and can produce quality work. Are you the one that can see that? I hope so - I'd love to prove myself to you!
