Hi. I'm a songwriter with both pre-written, (and available to hear @ http://www.myspace.com/emmajames1971), and the ability to custom write songs according to the client's needs, ("little yellow butterfly on myspace is a custom written song for a charity organisation called "Yellow Butterfly". They put out a casting call and ended up using my song as their permanent theme song. I have an invaluable reference/kudos from them if you're interested in reading it that is a great testament to my professionalism, expedience and ability to "capture exactly what they wanted in the song" ). I have the equipment to make adequate demos, (again, with expedience, from home - a handy tool to have). I'm also a writer of sorts - mainly creative. My 2 sisters, Rebecca James and Wendy James are both award winning Aussie novelists with several novels under both of their belts - I like to think that there's a genetic predisposition that's been passed down to me too!! Also, god I sound like a braggart - I paint. You can see some of my work @ http://www.anotefromemma.webs.com/ - To see the egs of my work you need to click on "about us". That's about all for now! As you can see from my profile pic I'm also a mum, (of 4 little ones), and a house keeper! You can email me - emhaltel@yahoo.com.au or call me 0424826159 - if you're interested. Thanks for your time regards Emma

I am a very versatile, thorough artist with limitless potential. When it comes to my work, I'm an absolute perfectionist. As a result of that mentality, I am a published author, and I've written, directed, and acted in a one woman play that toured to several major colleges, including Virginia Tech University. I have seven years of radio experience from three of Houston's major public radio stations. That experience includes on the air show hosting, music programming, audio production, and voiceover talent for public service annoucements, jingles, drops, liners, and documentaries. My written content work can be found on eHow.com, and I'm currently working on my second book. I am a skilled photographer simply because my eye is unique. I hold two bachelor's degrees in mass commucations and theatre arts. If I am hired to complete a task, expect my best work!

I am a teaching artist for the MD State Arts Council and have been trained in Arts Integration (coordinating Fine Arts with Academics). I would consider myself a mixed media artist. I work with paint, glass, pen & ink, clay, wood, metal, etc. As a painter (all types - portrait, landscape, illustration, stylized, murals, etc.), I feel that I can acheive many different styles - traditional to abstract. I have had my own art business for twenty years and continue to multitask in assorted art related fields. I also enjoy reading, writing, and travelling; I have a special penchant for children's books both for the stories as well as the illustrations. I have been a designer and executor of commercial leaded glass windows, restaurant interior design, sign painting, and enjoy anything that requires a creative touch. I could keep going...!
