For the past twelve years digital imaging has comprised the majority of my work, although I have extensive experience using traditional cameras of all sizes, from 35mm to 8x10. For the past 15 years I have worked both independently and with designers, and for more than ten years of that time I have been releasing entire catalogs in digital form of both studio and on-site work. I have extensive experience using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, Dreamweaver Freeway Pro, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Despite the advent of digital technology, the photographer's most fundamental and critical tool remains the same: light. I know how to use it. I see it, I feel it, I play with it, I can control it. Please call me at 801-694-4489. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Jay Borowczyk

After graduating with my Master’s of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Emerson College, I chose to work in Student Affairs as an effort to retain marginalized students in higher education. However, after spending over ten years facilitating several writing workshops, tutoring English Composition and Literature, and editing various papers for my students and colleagues, it became obvious that my love for literature and writing is best used as an editor, proofreader, and writer. While reviewing my resume you will see that my education and professional experience as a Student Affairs administrator has prepared me for this position. I am a freelance writer, blogger and have edited various published novels and professional LinkedIn, WordPress, and Facebook pages. In my personal and professional career I have: Performed comprehensive editing, proofreading, and basic writing services for a variety of clientele. Planned, prepare and follow approved course of study with measurable objectives for each course taught. Edited and proofread students homework, essays, poetry and short stories. Motivate, coach and encourage students to write, proofread, and edit on a collegiate level. Prepared instructional materials including examinations, course outlines, syllabi, visual aids, and presentations, as necessary. Instructed, manage and supervise individuals and groups in regular classrooms and computerized classrooms through lectures, discussions, conferences, individualized instruction and other appropriate methods. Evaluated instruction and learning through use of written, oral, and performance tests. Technically edited and submitted accurate and current reports and records regarding student accountability, attendance, performance and follow-up. Provided each student, tutor and supervisor with clear course (program) expectations, evaluations and timelines through carefully written topical outlines and approved standardized syllabus. Hello, my name is Giampaolo Coppini and I am a fine artist who specializes in portrait and landscape painting. I should mention that I am in business with my father Paolo Coppini, and we are from Florence Italy, but have been freelancing as painters in the USA - in his case since 1972. I have recently moved back from Italy after a 3 year stay with my wife, where I gave drawing and painting lessons at the "Accademia Europea," as well as "Accademia Bianca Capello," also having worked for the Florence academy, Charles Cecil studios and Angel Academy, all situated in the heart of Florence. Now Back in Alexandria my father and I continue to provide clients with commissioned portraiture and landscape paintings, and occasionally still lives as well. We strongly encourage meeting our clients in person, in order to collaborate with them in composing an image and agreeing on a photograph from which to work and bring to life on any scale. We are based in the D.C. area however, and would need to take into consideration any traveling expense. For examples of our work please feel free to check out www.paolocoppini.com or for a taste of something more modern gcoppini.blogspot.com which will soon be updated. Also for anyone in the area interested in private drawing and painting lessons feel free to contact me at jpcoppini@gmail.com. Thank you all, and best regards! :^)
