Illustration has always been one of my passions. To bring words and visual concepts together for all ages. Throughout my elementary, middle and high school years I practiced. I studied art for two years at Mercy College of Detroit and expanded and sharpened my skills. Over the past several years I have been illustrating short stories for teachers in the school where I am currently employed. I have created posters, reading skills tools, and props for a variety of activities as well. I am willing to use different mediums on many different surfaces. My main skills reside in and not limited to writing, I don't have any formal training or apprenticeships in such a field, though I have taken journalism classes before in school. I have written several fictional stories and poems in my spare time, however I didn't write the stories in an attempt to get published, I have posted the stories on community websites and have gotten relatively good reviews on them, and had improved my writing since. I have helped friends and university students with proofreading their work and stories they have written on their own time, or for school assignments, though much of my help was on grammar and spelling errors, and not so much on content. I've taken an interest in Ghostwriting to expand further on my writing ability, and experience.
