As a designer, illustrator, and artist I am interested in the melding of all of these fields. Curiosity and experimentation are the driving forces of my work with a love of collaboration and discovery during the design process. I earned my BFA in Graphic Design with honors in 2007 from the University of Illinois at Chicago. In 2006 I was awarded with a semester study scholarship in Switzerland at the Hochschule für Gestaltung und Kunst Luzern. My work has been displayed with the Curiosities: Rick Valicenti + the 21st Century Thirst exhibition at the Schmidt Center Gallery on the campus of Florida Atlantic University. I also recently displayed work in London at the Anti-Design Festival; curated by designers such as Neville Brody, Stefan Sagmeister, Jonathon Barnbrook and many more.
