WRITING: I have been writing stories and poetry since the age of five. When I was in elementary school, I participated in an early-achievers program focused upon establishing a love, interest, and talent for writing at an early age. In middle school, I participated off and on with the school news paper. In both middle and high school, I took English Honors, and participated in on and off campus writing programs. For the past two years, I have been working online doing some basic freelance article writing for companies such as Content Galore, via Mturk. I also used to run an online book business with my mother, via Half.com, Amazon.com, and Abebooks.com. I did all of the article and advertisement writing for her site, which generated an average of five to ten sales a day. In addition, I also wrote her product descriptions. I have self-published two books also. PHOTOGRAPHY: I was interested in photography at an early age. Mostly, I prefer to photograph Nature or People, versus buildings or cities or any of the like. I took all of the photgraphs for my mother's online business as well, and took the photographs (as well as edited them) for my books. I also won a few contests on weatherchannel.com, for my pictures depicting the weather. I also photograph the majority of family events.

I have worked for a number of years on various types of writing assignments, including but not limited to buying guides, how-to guides, fiction pieces, press releases, sales letters, and non-fiction journalism pieces on a wide variety of subjects. In addition to these tasks, I have worked as a freelance editor handling a wide variety of assignments. Prior clients have included content managers for eBay and other large online news sites. I have a vast knowledge of social media, of SEO, and of other essential marketing practices. My speciality is my high turnover rate, as I am able to complete assignments in a relatively short amount of time while still deliver content of the highest quality possible. Outside of freelance work, I have published numerous short stories and articles under my own name.

I am a young French Canadian woman with an absolute passion for art and writing. My obsession began at a young age and through the years I've been enrolled in the Forum Art Institute, on a bursary grant. And most notably my art has been displayed in my provinces’ government building. My love of writing came from my love of reading. From Nabokov to M. Norrell I've read them all and hopefully, picked up their fluid prose and enrapturing use of the English language.

I am a career technical writer, Quality Investigator, and QA Quality Engineer in the IT and pharmaceutical industries. I have six years of experience as a deviation investigation report writer, during which time I helped to bring two drug manufacturing sites under FDA warning letters to VAI status (a clean bill of health). Prior to my time in pharma I gained proficiency in page layout, technical writing, and technical editing for information technology and tech publishing companies. On the freelancing side, I am a veteran of the era of Amateur Publishing Associations, co-author of a nonfiction book on pirate radio, and published in a small way in a couple of different periodicals. I wrote five half-hour radio plays for "While Reason Sleeps," focusing on the bizarre and supernatural. I have authored a feature-length screenplay centered on the Columban monks of Iona, the Vikings who plundered them, and the Book of Kells. After a recent jag of commercial writing as my day job, my batteries are once again charged and I am looking to jump back into the fiction fray.
