I usually don't work this realistically because I prefer to draw simpler and more stylistically. This piece was my way of challenging myself to see how far I could take it and I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. I plan to work this way for portraits from now on because I actually had a lot of fun with this.

This self portrait was inspired by a piece I cae across on Tumblr by the artist Javier Pacheco. I loved the direct, confrontational stare and at first glance I thought it looked a little bit like me. I decided to do a self portrait in response to the piece in a similar style but with my own twist.

This is a fight between two original characters from a story I have been developing for a few years with one of my best friends. The characters are what most of my work has been about since we started the story. They live in a magical world where all kinda of creatures and species live. They're both demons and although they are depicted fighting here they do work together and have an interesting "frenemy" dynamic.
