This video is the current generation in the development process. We started big, blue sky and fun and have massaged it down to reality and fun. This building works best with the existing other historic structures on the site and through the magic of "design engineering" we are transforming a classic barn design into a value engineered construction solution using steel truss systems similar to a Butler building. We anticipate some nice facility cost savings critical for this type of project. The design intent is to merge and celebrate the past and explore the future with engaging stories and content using fun immersive / interactive technologies.
