Hey Cordell...no it's the Super Adaptoid. He was villain back in the 60's. It's a robot that can mimic and copy the powers of anyone they come in contact with (something like that). Thought not as powerful as the original they copy from.

^Oh, also forgot to mention with the Super Adaptoid copying the powers, he copies the look and has like an amalgam like appearance. Parts of him look like the heroes he's copied...Capt. America's body, Vision's cape, Iron Man helmet...etc. etc.
