I especially like the part bringing out that one doesn't have to be solitary in their work out but trust, I'd rather work on mine right now alone. They are not ready for public viewing yet lol. I really enjoyed this article, fun and informative.

Yea..those personal trainers are very tough...I first need to work up to a point where I can feel comfortable with a workout mentor..

I was an aerobics instructor in college....but later, found that personal workouts were just as beneficial and yes, flexibility is very important !
