I live in Whitehall Michigan , with my husband and one year old son. I am a stay at home mom. After working in factories and foundries since high school, I have found myself with far to much free time. Therefore, it is time to launch my new career as an artist. I have always been in love with the anime style and tattoo art. I branched out into the tattoo world after high school, working at a local parlor. I am attempting to broaden my skills into illustration for children stories, romance book covers and other illustration.

Accomplished comic book artist with an ongoing webcomic. I have completed several freelance art jobs and I'm on the hunt for new projects. My rates are reasonable and my work is professional. My aesthetic approach has elements of Silver Age American comics, but I'm also heavily influenced by the line work found in commercial art from the early 20th century. I believe that the synthesis of these disciplines results in a unique approach that is not soon forgotten. Examples of my work can be seen at my deviantart page (http://ryanvalentinecomics.deviantart.com/)
