I am a hard working and artistic young man in my teens and am looking to get into a comic book/ illustration career. Love spending time with friends and meeting new people with great interpersonal skills. My artistic style is a typical comic book style with my own twist, but i can be extremely flexible and can adjust to any style with given time. I am currently looking to break into comic book or any illustrative jobs and take my art very passionately. I also look to take away anything and everything that i can learn whether good or bad to better myself and my work. I am also very friendly and make friends real quick

Hello All! My name is Linda Manne. I've lived in Southern California most of my life, and always have had a passion for doing art. My inspiration came from my Father, a very accomplished commercial artist and painter. After a childhood of combining his expert mentoring, along with my own self-studies and love for art, pursuing an art career became a natural evolution for me. Besides specializing in life-like portraits over the past 30+ years, I've had fun expanding my portfolio to include a wide range of works: from simple line art to detailed art illustrations. I especially LOVE the playful fun illustrating children's books. Which allows me to stir-up 'lil imaginations and bring story characters to life! I seize every new project with commitment and a desire to achieve my clients goals and deadlines. Motivated to provide art that will touch others with feel-good emotions. I use various mediums; such as watercolors, acrylics, pastels, charcoals, and graphite pencils.

I am illustrating the stories all my life, first it was my own stories, then stories made by the kids I worked with. Love to do this kind of job, and willing to help authors to pictorialize their stories. I worked with the kids, and was reading to them lots of books, that's gave me a good vision of the kind of drawings, children would like to see in the books.

I have created and submitted “on spec” writing assignments. Past Literary Work: Submitted Poetic Pieces for my College Newspaper: The Fisk Herald, while a student attending Fisk University. Piece written and published by the University, I titled: “Tis Nature”. A Sample Article I wrote for: 2 AM Traffic Soar to New Heights In Career Opportunities I enjoy watching gymnasts, aerialists and professional tumblers take on the air in front of them in literal leaps and bounds. Just the air and opportunity in front of them as they lunge forward and they execute a move, flip, spin, whip, drop and drip. To have that level of concentration and maintain a laser-like focus that is uncompromising, mixed with discipline and heavy training makes for the champion that they become. Well, it is the same principle in life. I like to use gymnastics as a metaphor for pursing your passion and “soaring to new heights” in your chosen career path. The sky is the limit and you can elevate to a new level in your career opportunities. But, it requires that discipline and heavy training. Therefore, move to make a change, flip the script and become financially empowered, whip yourself into shape, mentally, emotionally and physically, drop the bad habits and drip informative content into your brain through exposure to new things.
