I’m Mattia Santarelli, freelance Illustrator, Animator and Graphic Designer. I was born in 1987 in Spoleto, I lived and worked in London in 2015, now I’m based in Varese. I studied “Comics and Illustration” at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna and “Visual and Motion Design” at the Academy of Fine Arts in Urbino. In 2013 I completed my studies and took my second level degree diploma. Since then I’m working as a freelance Illustrator and animator. I sign most of my personal works as Ob Queberry, a sort of alter-ego that I created several years ago when I started my painting and street art projects. My influences come from Dark and Horror literature and movies, Punk culture, Primitive Art, Figurative Painting and comics world.

While I was there I provided product design, coding, testing and debugging in C and C++ as well as some basic HTML work. During the course of the Fantasy Match project I lead a team of 3 other programmers in developing Windows, Dos, and Macintosh versions of the software.
