I am by profession an RPN who has spent a majority of my work life as a teacher. I received a degree in English literature with concentrated study in Elizabethan writing during my first round of education. I read avidly all genre of literature for work and for pleasure. My second interest is classical, contemporary and international music. I have a generous working knowledge of both French and Spanish and studied Latin during my second education. I am at the point of retiring and look for the intellectual challenges offered by any type of writing. My own writing has been confined to publication of electronic self learning modules for my work and these modules have covered subjects concerning a variety of health care issues with a focus on the process of aging.

Skills, Experience, and Personal Attributes Excellent Writing, and Communication Skills Communication whether written, verbal or visual is vital to success. I strive to ensure that my ideas are communicated efficiently and effectively in order to foster a firm foundation of understanding above all else. Seven Words that Describe Me Interaction with people is a part of daily life, and I make it a point to constantly consider the big picture noting what and where changes need to be made to ensure successful completion of the task. If I were to pick seven words to describe myself, they would be: honest, compassionate, passionate, caring, trustworthy, self-sufficient, and reliable.

Hello, my name is Austin Xavier Amaya i am a artist living in New Orleans, Louisiana. I'm very well known in my area for my more "out there" art in other words i like to explore my imagination and give a bold statement in my viewers eyes. The different mediums i usually work with are acrylic paint, oil paint, water color, oil pastels, charcoal, sketching pencils, and colored pencils. I also specialize in portraits, advertisement logos, cartoons, abstract, also if there is an idea for a picture a consumer has i can help bring it to life on canvas. I've been an experienced and established artist for 11 years.(p.s. attention to detail and emotion in my work is a key ingredient) I'm a slightly less experienced creative writer I've been writing now for over 4 years. I've explored into ghost writing and written songs for a few artist with 6 successfully recorded songs.I've written unpublished short stories and poetry. Although writing isn't my specialty I've received nothing but great feedback from my work.(p.s. attention to detail and emotion in my work is a key ingredient) Photography is another fairly new field i'm working in but never the less a great success. I'm great with working with people, portraits, and abstract photography.(p.s. attention to detail and emotion in my work is a key ingredient) So, thanks for your time and consideration and hope to work with you soon!

I recently graduated high school in Washington state and I am attending The Art Institute of Seattle in the fall to study photography and I hope to take some culinary courses on the side. I currently work at local farmer's markets, delivering produce from farms, setting up stalls and things like that. I want to earn a little extra money on the side through freelancing while in school. Also; I have several articles already written about classic literature that were for a blog that never got off the ground. Most of these are about fiction from the 1920's "Lost Generation" authors and are generally 2-4 pages in length. I would be willing to modify or rewrite any of these, use them as a launching pad for an article about a similar topic.. etc
