$100/pg. What are your plans for this anyway? If your character is Daredevil's daughter it seems you wouldn't be able to publish without Marvel's approval.

Actually I can I've church w my attorney's but I'm discussing w a marvel editor who want to publish but I don't illustrate that y I need u. Problems are I'm bog down on bills especially w the holidays so I need you're help in this rite now I can pay 900.00 an I'll send more once all is paid off here also this is a opportunity for your work to be seen by marvel. Rob here listen the editor I'm dealing with doesn't know that I'm not the one drawing so if he buys the book or we enter into a contract I would let him know that he has to hire us both. Because since I have a foot in the door I can pull u in as well. Thay u can work for marvel too. Also I'm paying nine hundred dollars. Email back.

I'm pretty sure that's not how it works. I actually do know a bunch of guys who work for Marvel and I've had portfolio reviews with Marvel editors. They pretty much only hire well established talent they know can bring a fan base with them. They wouldn't take me on just because I drew your pitch. As I'm busy anyway I really can't take a risk on anything with promised pay later.

Understood but this is how some of those editors work you pitch them an idea also illustrated for them in my case. But what I'm doing w my lawyers (that they don't know)so I don't get stiff for my idea because some editors see an idea of a person realizing that may bring them success try to keep that person ideas to themselves (my case) so if they want it they either take me along with it(an hoping you) or pay me very well for this idea. Also I would pay you half when you're half done an half when finish. Because you're work I believe is what they want for this book. If interested email back also I can bump it to $900.00

Are these sketchcovers you're looking to have done? Or are these sequentials? I could do black & white head sketches for $13 but that's well below my page rate for sequentials or cover art for published books.
