Said "Hi, a good place to start is go to your local sporting goods / screen print shop. See if they will let you sit in while they design shirts. If you're halfway cute you can weasel your way in. Then after you learn the process ask if you can do some designs if they get backed up . Get an old version of Coreldraw version 9 & 13 they're cheap or download the free version of illustrator called Inkscape and free photoshop called gimp. Then check out brandsoftheworld.com.
